Job summary

LogIQ Labs Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales/Solution Engineer with 3-5 years of B2B experience to join in-office. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions and draft proposals in a fast-paced startup setting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to support the full sales cycle, delivering architecture diagrams and POCs while ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Solution Engineer.
• Proven experience in handling B2B customers is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good understanding of SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or logistics (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, POCs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to support the complete sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms and logistics/e-commerce technology preferred.
