Job summary

PM Consulting seeks an experienced Oracle Integration Architect to design, develop, and oversee enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will lead architecture, security, deployment, and troubleshooting across ERP, SCM, and HCM domains in a Manila-based role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on Oracle integration delivery, proficiency in REST/SOAP, XSLT, XPath, and OIC. Familiarity with OCI services and AI capabilities is a plus; Agile experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle integration delivery across multiple domains.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle technical implementation projects (ERP, SCM, HCM).
• Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP, XSLT Mapping, XPath, and OIC Projects.
• Experience with complex integration patterns (event-driven, scheduled, synchronous/asynchronous).
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and DBMS Cloud Jobs.
• Familiarity with OCI services such as API Gateway, OCI Events, Object Storage, and Notifications.
• Security knowledge including OAuth 2.0, JWT, OAS 3.0, data privacy.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Visual Builder Cloud Service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, batch/scheduled.
• Configure OIC projects and adapters (REST, SOAP, Kafka, ERP, HCM).
• Enforce integration standards, API contracts, and security policies.
• Support secure architectures with OAS 3.0, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
• Lead projects from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot payloads, identify performance issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications and conduct workshops.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Architect to design, develop, and oversee enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role will work across multiple Oracle domains and be responsible for integration architecture, development, security, deployment, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop appropriate integration patterns, including:
  • Synchronous
  • Asynchronous
  • Event-driven
  • Batch/scheduled integrations
• Build complex integration orchestrations and configure Oracle integration adapters, including REST, SOAP, Kafka, Oracle ERP, and HCM.
• Configure OIC Projects and leverage available OIC AI capabilities where appropriate.
• Establish and enforce integration standards, API contracts, and security policies.
• Support secure integration architectures using OAS 3.0, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
• Implement and maintain private endpoints for integration connections.
• Lead integration projects and enhancements from requirements gathering and discovery workshops through deployment, SIT/UAT, and production hypercare.
• Troubleshoot integration and payload errors, identify performance issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Facilitate technical workshops and translate complex business processes into clear technical specifications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience delivering Oracle technical integration implementations.
• At least 3 end‑to‑end Oracle technical implementation projects across multiple domains such as ERP, SCM, and HCM.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • XSLT Mapping
  • XPath
  • OIC Projects
  • OIC AI capabilities
• Strong experience with complex integration patterns, including event‑based, application‑driven, and scheduled orchestrations.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and DBMS Cloud Jobs.
• Deep understanding of OCI integration architecture and PaaS services such as:
  • API Gateway
  • OCI Events
  • Object Storage
  • Notifications
• Knowledge of integration security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, rate limiting, OAS 3.0, and data privacy standards.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle bulk upload technologies, including HDL and FBDI.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Oracle Integration Cloud certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Visual Builder Cloud Service is a plus.
