Job summary

Tech One Global Philippines is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to design, implement, and maintain secure cloud solutions for diverse clients. You will partner with cloud engineers, developers, and consultants to meet security, compliance, and performance standards across industries.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud security, hands-on with AWS, Azure, and GCP, and knowledge of NIST, CSA, ISO, PCI, and HIPAA. Travel up to 50% in PH/ASEAN is expected; relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS/InfoSec or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud security, cloud architecture, or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, and GCP and cloud security tools.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CSA, ISO, PCI, HIPAA).
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud/CCSP, etc.) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in PH and/or ASEAN markets.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

We are looking for a Cloud Security Architect to join our dynamic and growing team of cloud experts. As a Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud solutions for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with our cloud engineers, developers, and consultants to ensure that our cloud solutions meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.

What You Will Do:

Solution Design and Development:

• Partner with Sales Engineers and customers to understand their security needs and challenges.
• Cloud Security design and implementation with scalable security solutions that align with customer objectives.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and proof of value to demonstrate our solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Serves as the primary security advisor.
• Conduct product and service demonstrations, assessments and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the security solutions.
• Provide guidance on implementing cloud security solutions.
• Integrate cloud security solutions with existing security tools and processes.

Presales Support:

• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and define technical strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate the features, benefits, and ROI of our security solution offerings.
• Address technical inquiries and concerns throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence.

Customer Experience Management

• Provide thought leadership and insights on cloud security topics and challenges.
• Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
• Conduct cloud security training and awareness sessions for internal and external stakeholders.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud security, cloud architecture, or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud services, and cloud security tools.
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, CSA, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in PH and/or ASEAN markets.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Certified Cloud Security Professional, etc.).
• Experience with security scanning tools and vulnerability management.
• Experience with API security, container security, and public cloud security.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices, including CI/CD tools and processes, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledgeable about Purple Team Exercise
