Job summary

Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking a Technical Lead to design an integrated enterprise solution roadmap that aligns technology with client needs, supports sales margin and revenue, and guides project implementation through turnover.

You will develop a holistic client profile, propose new recommendations on prior installations, and strive to expand enterprise business for the assigned technology through effective communication and IT consultancy expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a computer-related field or equivalent
• Certifications in computing and digital technologies are expected
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience
• Strong background in servers, storage, virtualization, networking and security
• IT consultancy, product research, or technical-related experience required
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation

• Design an integrated enterprise solution roadmap and align technology with client needs and revenue goals

About the role

Design an integrated enterprise solution roadmap positioning assigned technology that meets the client's needs and allows for sales margin and revenue. Serve as the Technical Lead during project implementation until turnover. Develop an appropriate and holistic profile of the client's business and provide new recommendations on previous installations for additional client requirements. Achieve targets that will grow the assigned technology and/or solutions' enterprise business.

About you

• Degree holder in any Computer related course
• Certifications in various computing and digital technologies
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience
• Strong background in diverse IT technologies including servers, storage, virtualization, networking and security
• IT consultancy, Product research, or technical-related experience
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
• Technical sales and/or business development work experience is an advantage
