Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead / Solution Architect with Java, AWS, and cloud-native expertise to drive design and delivery of banking and payments platforms.

You will guide architecture, lead distributed teams, and shape scalable, secure solutions across enterprise-scale programs. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in lead roles, with BFSI transformation experience and strong stakeholder communication.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java, AWS, and modern cloud-native architectures to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance banking and payments solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Cards & Payments, driving architecture, technology modernization, and engineering excellence across enterprise-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and own end-to-end solution architecture for digital banking, cards, and payments platforms.
• Lead development teams and provide technical direction on architecture, design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Build cloud-native solutions using AWS services and microservices-based architectures.

YOUR PROFILE

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in Technical Lead or Architect roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale BFSI transformation and modernization programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and drive solutioning from concept through delivery.
