Overview

The Solution Architect is a leader who provides technical direction across multiple product and engineering teams. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design, govern, and evolve scalable, secure, andfuture‑readysolutions while playing a key role inCloudstaff’sAI engineering transformation.

The Solution Architect ensures solutions are fit for purpose, aligned with enterprise standards, andoptimizedfor maintainability, performance, and total cost of ownership. This role also contributes to the design and adoption ofAI‑enabledarchitectures, including AI agents and intelligent systems.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead solution ideation, architecture, and implementation across systems and platforms
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business outcomes.

• Assess current architectures and recommend modernization, optimization, or decommissioning strategies.

AI & Intelligent Systems

• Design and enableAI‑poweredsolutions, including AI agents and intelligent automation.

• Guide the integration of AI capabilities into platforms and workflows in a secure, scalable, and governed manner.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to support productivity,decision‑making, and innovation.

Engineering Enablement & Delivery

• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development teams.

• Support teams in resolving complex technical challenges and architectural risks.

• Define andmaintainarchitecture standards, patterns, documentation, and best practices.
