Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions that support digital transformation. You will define architecture for applications, integrations, APIs, data and cloud, collaborating with engineering, security and product teams.

Lead cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and guide API/microservice strategies while upholding security and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of technology/solutions architecture experience.
• Solid knowledge of cloud, application, integration, API, data, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud-native patterns.
• Understanding of security, scalability, resiliency, and integration principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join a leading organization and play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions supporting digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture
• Define application, integration, API, data, cloud, and security architecture
• Develop solution blueprints, technical designs, and architecture decisions
• Evaluate technology options and recommend scalable and cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, data, product, and business teams
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, and technology standards
• Support cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Provide architecture guidance for APIs, microservices, enterprise applications, and integration platforms
• Contribute to technology modernization, DevSecOps, automation, and emerging technology initiatives
• Support AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives where applicable
• Present architecture recommendations and technical decisions to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technology and/or solutions architecture
• Solid experience in cloud, application, integration, API, data, or enterprise architecture
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Experience with modern architecture patterns such as microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native solutions
• Good understanding of security, scalability, resiliency, and integration principles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Nice to Have

• TOGAF or relevant architecture certification
• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries

Work Setup:
