Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and communicate a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes.
• Design IT systems to meet specified requirements and agreed systems architectures.
• Manage requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle.
• Establish and implement sustainable digital strategies in line with the organization’s sustainable IT strategy and ambition.
• Ensure that the entire service provides the value and benefits that meet the user’s needs and the desired outcomes of the organization, balancing user needs and business needs.
• Understand and assess business situations, drivers and goals to define them as business and user needs.
• Discover and identify customer requirements and emerging needs, and develop optimized solutions or recommendations to address these delivering delightful customer experience.

KPIS

• Architecture Stability – Robustness of solution recommendation to cater to business requirements defined in the foreseeable future (3-5 years); avoidance of the need for major re‑architecture efforts post solution implementation unless driven by a significant change in business requirements and strategy.
• Architecture Integrity – Compliance with Enterprise Architecture standards, principles and best practices during solutioning; avoidance of interim solutions/workarounds.
• Solution Quality – Functional and technical compliance to capability requirements; avoidance of solution gaps.
• Continuous Improvement – Continuously build and improve processes, tools and methodology to strengthen relationships and communication, solution development and delivery, success metrics and feedback loops.
