Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and oversee complex client solutions. You will lead solution design, architecture, and technical governance, ensuring scalable and secure outcomes.

The role partners with consultants, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into robust architectures and to guide successful delivery. The candidate should have a degree in CS/Engineering (or equivalent), 7+ years in technical roles, strong CRM and cloud integration expertise, and

• Must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in technical consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience highly advantageous.
• Proven track record designing enterprise-level solutions with complex integrations, APIs and custom development.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end frameworks and modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• Proven leadership to guide technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex CRM migrations, integrations, and custom solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into high-level technical designs and architecture.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices; create design docs and specs.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to Solutions Engineers and development teams.
• Collaborate with consultants to shape proposals and SoWs; assess risks, dependencies, and alternatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and other security standards; participate in reviews and QA checks.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to internal knowledge bases and capability development.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions for the organization’s clients. This role provides leadership in solution design, ensuring that projects are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements as well as the organization’s standards.

The Solutions Architect partners with consultants, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical architectures and to guide successful delivery.

What are you expected to do?

• Solution Design & Architecture
  • Lead the design of complex CRM migration projects, integrations, and custom solutions.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into high-level technical designs and architecture.
  • Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Create solution design documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to Solutions Engineers and development teams.
  • Collaborate with consultants to shape proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Validate technical feasibility and advise on risks, dependencies, and alternative approaches.
  • Support sales and pre-sales processes by contributing technical expertise in client discussions.
• Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure solutions comply with ISO27001 and other relevant security and compliance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance checks.
  • Monitor solution implementation to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
  • Provide input into continuous improvement of technical standards, patterns, and frameworks.
• Innovation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in client solutions and internal practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training, and capability development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical challenges across the business.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.
• You have strong expertise in CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience highly advantageous.
• You have demonstrated experience designing enterprise-level solutions involving complex integrations, APIs, and custom development.
• You have familiarity with front-end and back-end frameworks and modern web technologies.
• You have a strong understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• You have a proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
• You have excellent documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear and comprehensive design artefacts.
• You have strong communication skills and can present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have knowledge of ISO27001 or other information security frameworks (advantageous).
• You are willing to work Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time; will follow DST as well).

Please note

This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
