Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and oversee complex technical solutions for clients, leading architecture and guiding delivery. The role emphasizes scalable, secure designs, and strong collaboration with consultants, engineers, and client teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in technical consulting or architecture, strong CRM and API integration experience, cloud architecture knowledge, excellent documentation, and the ability to lead technical teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in technical consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong CRM platform expertise, with HubSpot experience advantageous.
• Experience designing enterprise solutions with complex integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end frameworks and modern web technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
• Excellent design documentation abilities and clear technical communication.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 or similar security frameworks is a plus.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday Manila time (DST considerations).

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex CRM migrations, integrations, and custom solutions.
• Translate business requirements into high-level technical designs and architectures.
• Ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with best practices; create design docs.
• Provide technical direction to solutions engineers and development teams.
• Collaborate to shape proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Assess risks, dependencies, and alternative approaches; advise clients.
• Support sales/pre-sales with technical expertise in client discussions.
• Ensure solutions comply with ISO27001 and security/compliance standards.
• Participate in code/design reviews and QA checks; monitor implementation.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions for the organization’s clients. This role provides leadership in solution design, ensuring that projects are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements as well as the organization’s standards.

The Solutions Architect partners with consultants, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical architectures and to guide successful delivery.

What are you expected to do?

• Solution Design & Architecture
  • Lead the design of complex CRM migration projects, integrations, and custom solutions.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into high-level technical designs and architecture.
  • Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Create solution design documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to Solutions Engineers and development teams.
  • Collaborate with consultants to shape proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Validate technical feasibility and advise on risks, dependencies, and alternative approaches.
  • Support sales and pre‑sales processes by contributing technical expertise in client discussions.
• Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure solutions comply with ISO27001 and other relevant security and compliance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance checks.
  • Monitor solution implementation to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
  • Provide input into continuous improvement of technical standards, patterns, and frameworks.
• Innovation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in client solutions and internal practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training, and capability development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical challenges across the business.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.
• You have strong expertise in CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience highly advantageous.
• You have demonstrated experience designing enterprise-level solutions involving complex integrations, APIs, and custom development.
• You have familiarity with front‑end and back‑end frameworks and modern web technologies.
• You have a strong understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• You have a proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
• You have excellent documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear and comprehensive design artefacts.
• You have strong communication skills and can present technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• You have knowledge of ISO27001 or other information security frameworks (advantageous).
• You are willing to work Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time; will follow DST as well).

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover.
