Job summary

Sharesource, a BCorp company, seeks a Solutions Architect to lead and oversee complex technical solutions for clients in CRM migrations, integrations, and custom development.

You will translate business requirements into robust architectures, guide delivery teams, and ensure alignment with ISO27001 and security standards while collaborating with consultants, engineers, and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms; HubSpot experience highly advantageous.
• Experience designing enterprise-level solutions with complex integrations, APIs, and custom development.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end frameworks and modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
• Excellent documentation skills with clear design artefacts.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 or other information security frameworks (advantageous).
• Willing to work Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time; DST).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex CRM migration projects, integrations, and custom solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into high-level technical designs and architecture.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Create solution design documentation, diagrams, workflows, and technical specs.
• Provide technical direction to Solutions Engineers and development teams.
• Collaborate with consultants to shape proposals and SoWs.
• Validate technical feasibility and advise on risks, dependencies, and alternatives.
• Support sales and pre-sales with technical expertise in client discussions.
• Ensure ISO27001 and other security/compliance standards are met.
• Participate in code and design reviews and QA checks.
• Monitor implementation to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical standards and patterns.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Act as SME for complex technical challenges and knowledge sharing.

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions for the organization’s clients. This role provides leadership in solution design, ensuring that projects are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements as well as the organization’s standards.

The Solutions Architect partners with consultants, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical architectures and to guide successful delivery.

What are you expected to do?

• Solution Design & Architecture
  • Lead the design of complex CRM migration projects, integrations, and custom solutions.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into high-level technical designs and architecture.
  • Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Create solution design documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to Solutions Engineers and development teams.
  • Collaborate with consultants to shape proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Validate technical feasibility and advise on risks, dependencies, and alternative approaches.
  • Support sales and pre-sales processes by contributing technical expertise in client discussions.
• Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure solutions comply with ISO27001 and other relevant security and compliance standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance checks.
  • Monitor solution implementation to ensure alignment witharchitectural intent.
  • Provide input into continuous improvement of technical standards, patterns, and frameworks.
• Innovation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in client solutions and internal practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training, and capability development.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical challenges across the business.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
