Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Solution Consultant for Small Enterprise in Boston, operating in a hybrid model. You will support a fast-paced sales team with technical demonstrations, security questionnaires, and POCs to drive value for end-user computing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in presales or technical consulting, with strong communication and the ability to translate business needs into Nexthink solutions. Travel within US and international may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support on sales opportunities, including discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations.
• Demonstrate Nexthink platform value to customers and communicate differentiators.
• Collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities and align to business outcomes.
• Engage with End User Computing, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders to illustrate use cases.
• Complete security questionnaires, RFIs and RFPs.
• Run technical validations (POC/POV) for prospects.
• Participate in webinars/marketing events.
