Job summary

Offsure in the Philippines is seeking a Senior CAD Operator to join the on-site Clark team. The role focuses on drafting work and nesting program files for manufacturing, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

You will modify existing drawings in Radan, create turret punch nests, and support product development with 3D drawings in Designer, while adhering to client standards and OH&S guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of related experience in manufacturing or building industries.
• Experience with Radan CAD 2D, Designer 3D, Syspro, Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take existing part drawings in Radan Software and modify to fit quotes from sales team.
• Create Turret Punch nests and other shop drawings as required.
• Generate new parts from product designs in Radan.
• Support product development with detailed 3D drawings in Designer.
• Adhere to client standards of language, conduct and attitude in all dealings with client teams.

The primary purpose of the CAD Operator is to carry out drafting work and nesting of program files to be sent to manufacturing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

CAD Operator

• Take existing part drawings in Radan Software, and alter them to suit parts need in line with quotations from sales team.
• Creation of Turret Punch programs (Nests) and other shop drawings and mockup designs as required.
• Create new parts needed from product design drawings in Radan.
• Support product development team to create detailed 3D design drawings in Designer.
• To regard & adhere to client's standards of language, conduct and attitude in all dealing with client's team members.

Teamwork

• Effective & efficient relaying of relevant information to colleagues &/or supervisor.
• Actively participate in any/all continuous improvement activities.
• Attendance to team meeting.
• Share experience, knowledge and best practice with colleagues.

OH&S

• Apply the principles of OH & S in the workplace at all times.
• Report any safety incidents immediately to the manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or any related course
• Must have at least 5 -10 years of related experience
• Experience in the manufacturing or building industry is highly desirable

• Knowledgeable in Radan CAD 2D program, Designer 3D, Syspro, Saleforce, and Microsoft Office
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capability required
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
