Job summary

Al Abbar Aluminum Philippines, Inc. seeks an energetic design engineering professional to support the Design Team Leader by developing basic designs from architectural drawings and project specifications for workshops.

The role includes creating parametric 3D models to handle complex details and to ensure stable relational modeling. Responsibilities include producing accurate Material Take Offs and cutting lists, while adhering to international building codes and company design guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Architecture) or equivalent.
• Preferably 1–4 years' experience in Engineering/Civil/Construction/Structural.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Design Team Leader.
• Develop basic designs on the architect's drawing and project specifications for workshops.
• Develop modeling skills and design presentation techniques in 2D and 3D per company standards.
• Develop parametric 3D models to develop complex details.
• Ensure parametric models have stable relationships.

About you

• Bachelor's College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Mechanical, Architecture or Equivalent
• Preferably 1-4 years' experience specialized in Engineering/Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Proficient in Solidworks
• Good communication skills in both oral and written English
• Hard working and willing to extend working hours
• Punctual and Responsible
