Job summary

Four Point Solar Panel Installation Services is seeking a skilled Solar PV Electrician to install, wire, test, and maintain solar electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Metro Manila.

The role requires at least 2 years of electrical installation experience, completion of an apprenticeship, and a readiness to work at heights and outdoors. Solar PV knowledge is a plus, along with a solid grasp of safety procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation.
• Able to read basic electrical diagrams.
• Experience with solar PV is advantageous.
• Physically fit and willing to work at heights and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical equipment.
• Perform DC/AC wiring, cable laying, termination, and cable management.
• Install combiner boxes, distribution boxes, breakers, disconnects, and protection devices.
• Perform grounding and bonding of solar PV systems.
• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and commissioning support.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems.
• Assist with solar mounting, equipment installation, and related mechanical works.
• Identify electrical faults and perform repairs or component replacement.
• Follow electrical drawings, project specifications, and safety procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and report work progress and technical issues.
