Job summary

G8 SUBSEA PTE. LTD. is expanding its SunStar Solar Sales Team and seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Executive to drive adoption of solar solutions for residential and commercial customers.

You will conduct site assessments, present customized energy-saving proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while managing ongoing client relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, consultative selling, proposal development, and coordinating with design/installation teams to ensure a stellar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Experience in solar, construction, or renewable energy is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: proactively finding new customers through networking and campaigns.
• Consultative Sales: in-person or virtual consultations to evaluate energy needs and site feasibility.
• Proposal Development: create and present solar system designs, specs, and ROI analyses.
• Closing & Negotiation: overcome objections and sign contracts.
• Project Coordination: coordinate with design and installation teams for a seamless client experience.
• Industry Knowledge: stay updated on local solar regulations and incentives.
