Solar Sales Associate – Quiapo, Manila (up to 30k)

Solar Project Sales Representative will be responsible for selling solar energy systems and solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and utility establishments. The successful candidate will promote and sell premium solar products from leading brands.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility sectors; generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Present and promote solar energy solutions; conduct site visits to provide tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and collaborate with internal teams (project management, engineering) to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Provide after‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 13 years of experience in B2B sales, network (IT) and Solar Sales.
• Proven sales experience, especially in renewable energy or related industries, with strong technical knowledge of solar systems (inverters and panels).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills; able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
