Job summary

Kennedy Energy Development Corp. is seeking a Site Engineer to support the execution of solar and renewable energy projects. You will oversee site supervision, installation, manpower and materials coordination, project monitoring, and site documentation.

Most projects are within Metro Manila and nearby provinces, with nationwide deployment as required. The role requires 3+ years of site or project engineering experience and a degree in Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years site or project engineering experience.
• Solar/renewable energy project experience preferred; EPC/construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and evaluate project requirements.
• Oversee daily site activities including installation and construction.
• Coordinate with installers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work adheres to approved plans, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and productivity.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and project-related documents.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, punch listing, and turnover.
