Job summary

Renesource Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical installation works for a solar farm project in the Philippines.

The role focuses on site implementation, inspection, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with approved designs and safety requirements. You will supervise installation of PV systems, DC/AC cabling, inverters, transformers, switchgear, grounding, and related systems, and coordinate with subcontractors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
REE license preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction, solar PV, renewable energy, or power projects.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and technical specifications.
Willing to work on-site and travel as required.
Strong site supervision and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical installation works per drawings, SLDs, and specs.
Ensure site installation follows approved electrical design.
Monitor PV systems, DC/AC cabling, inverters, transformers, switchgear, grounding.
Inspect workmanship and materials for compliance with specs.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project disciplines.
Identify and report site issues and deviations for resolution.
Supervise testing and commissioning activities.
Maintain inspection, testing, progress, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and HSE requirements.
