Job summary

Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking a Sales Executive / Account Manager to drive growth by selling solar and renewable energy solutions to installers, EPCs, system integrators, and C&I clients. You will manage accounts, present technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

The role requires a minimum 1 year of B2B/B2C sales experience, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel onsite. Office is located in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of B2B / B2C sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical products, power solutions, or industrial equipment.
• Experience handling commercial and industrial accounts, solar installers, EPCs, or distributors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Must be willing to work full time onsite, office is located at E.Rodriguez Sr. Ave. Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar and renewable energy market, focusing on installers, EPCs, distributors, and commercial and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while coordinating with internal teams for technical and pricing support.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding market share.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging renewable energy technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and account updates.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
