Job summary

Solar Systems Philippines Inc. is seeking an O&M Engineer to ensure optimal operation of solar PV systems, maximize energy yield, and prolong system life.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and implement preventive measures while coordinating with internal and external teams to keep performance high. The role requires licensing, experience with monitoring software, and familiarity with grid integration of renewables.

Qualifications

• Must hold PE license and Safety Officer II certification.
• Experience with solar monitoring software and testing tools.
• Familiarity with grid integration of renewable energy systems.
• Willing to be assigned in Danao City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Ensure solar installations perform optimally and maintain high energy yield.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain solar PV systems.
• Implement preventive and corrective measures to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and report on system performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
