Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to move solar permit applications smoothly from submission to approval. You will review, prepare, submit, and manage packages, interconnection efforts, and related applications while coordinating payments and revisions with internal teams.

You will stay current on AHJ requirements, maintain databases, and drive continuous process improvements to meet program KPIs.

Qualifications

• Solar industry experience is a plus.
• TSR (Technical Support Representative) experience is a plus, especially blended accounts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, submit, and receive permit application packages in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Coordinate payments and communicate with internal parties to facilitate comments and revisions.
• Record corrections and update internal databases to support process improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and workflows.
• Ensure high-quality submissions and strong approval rates by staying current on AHJ requirements.
• Adhere to leadership-established schedules.
• Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in communications.
• Actively contribute to weekly meetings and team huddles.
