Job summary

Tavor Perry is a solar installation company actively seeking a Solar Operations Coordinator to manage permits, interconnection filings, and TPO paperwork while establishing the systems that keep projects moving.

You will build a CRM from scratch, coordinate service and warranty requests, and develop SOPs to improve daily operations in a fast-paced environment requiring initiative and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in administrative or operations support.
• Ease handling detailed paperwork, applications, and government or regulatory forms.
• Strong ability to pick up and move through online portals and application systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Draw up and lodge solar permit applications with local building departments and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Complete, lodge, and track utility interconnection applications with the relevant utility providers.
• Look after third-party ownership (TPO) paperwork, taking in leases and power purchase agreements (PPAs) with financing partners.
• Coordinate service and warranty requests, taking in scheduling and follow-up with customers and installation crews.
• Set up and configure a CRM from the ground up to arrange leads, projects, and customer records.
• Hold project documentation accurate and keep every application, approval, and record current.
• Back marketing efforts that help turn up and nurture leads.
• Write up existing workflows and build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks.
• Call out gaps proactively and put forward improvements across daily operations.
