Curran Daly & Associates in the Philippines seeks a Performance and Operations Engineer to monitor assets, analyze performance against KPIs, and prepare generation reports. You will trigger O&M contractor interventions and support invoicing customers, ensuring timely data storage and compliant documentation.

The role requires a BSc in engineering, 3–4 years in asset performance or O&M in solar, PVsyst and CMMS familiarity, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, any Engineering equivalent or Architecture).
• 3–4 years of experience in asset performance or O&M in solar.
• PVsyst knowledge and CMMS are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make recommendations and design judgments.
• Resourceful with a proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work in a high productivity and design-excellence environment.
• Fast worker, able to work under pressure and overtime when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor data to compare with performance specifications (Budget, KPIs, contracts).
• Perform on-demand remote performance analysis and make recommendations.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly O&M site priority review and reporting.
• Ensure performance reports are safely stored.
• Manage claims, warranties and liaise with O&M engineers for claim management.
• Provide administrative assistance for external stakeholders queries.
• Prepare, verify and issue invoices to power purchasers.
• Validate resolved work orders and follow purchase orders; process contractor invoices.
