Job summary

TCL Photovoltaic Technology is seeking a field engineer to conduct site surveys for photovoltaic projects in Metro Manila, collect field data, and deliver site-survey reports with design solutions.

You will collaborate with domestic teams on technical proposals and equipment selection, and act as the technical liaison between China and the Philippines, coordinating on-site construction and commissioning issues. Willingness to travel overseas is required.

Qualifications

• English and Filipino required for professional communication; Mandarin is strongly preferred.
• Major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines with relevant electrical engineering qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in power, energy or engineering industries; proficient with site-survey tools including GPS and multimeters.
• Willing to perform field outdoor work and frequent overseas business trips.

2. 2. Major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines. Solid knowledge of high‑/low‑voltage power distribution and earthing protection; hold relevant electrical engineering professional qualifications.
3. 3. Minimum 2‑year of work experience in the power, energy, or engineering industries. proficient in site‑survey tools including GPS and multimeters.
4. 4. Willing to perform field outdoor work and frequent overseas business trips.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 1. Prior experience in the renewable energy industry in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is preferred.
2. 2. Familiar with local power‑approval procedures and technical standards.
