• Engineering degree required with relevant field experience.
• Experience managing on-site manpower and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and drive on-site execution of solar EPC projects from mobilization to turnover.
• Prepare manpower plans and supervise site foremen, subcontractors, and workers.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and timekeeping; submit reports.
• Coordinate with HR and Procurement on manpower needs and mobilization.
• Enforce OSH standards, permits, and site rules; conduct toolbox talks.
• Develop detailed schedules (WBS, Gantt); track progress and generate reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, turnover, and inspections with stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC and ensure compliance with codes and interconnection requirements.
