Job summary

BaiTeESS New Energy in Guiguinto, Bulacan is seeking a skilled solar electrician to support electrical installation, testing, and after-sales service on solar projects and energy storage systems.

This full-time, on-site position requires travel to customer sites, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, or troubleshooting is required.
• Able to understand basic electrical diagrams and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Familiar with the safe and proper use of electrical tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation according to approved plans and instructions from the project engineer or supervisor.
• Install and organize wiring, cables, conduits, cable trays, electrical panels, protective devices, and grounding systems.
• Assist with electrical connections for solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
• Perform assigned electrical inspections, testing, and troubleshooting within your qualifications and under appropriate technical supervision.
• Assist with system commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales service.
• Read and follow electrical wiring diagrams and installation instructions.
• Coordinate with engineers, installation workers, and other project personnel.
• Report technical problems, unsafe conditions, and material requirements promptly.
• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow electrical safety procedures, isolation requirements, and proper use of protective equipment.

Full-Time | On-Site + Project-Site Work

Industry: Solar Energy & Energy Storage

BaiTeESS New Energy supplies solar panels, inverters, batteries, and complete solar systems, with installation services.

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and safety-conscious electrician to support electrical installation, solar projects, testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.

COMPENSATION

Basic Pay: ₱800 per working day

Field Allowance: An additional ₱200 per field-work day when assigned to work at project or customer sites.

Total on field-work days: ₱1,000/day (₱800 basic pay + ₱200 field allowance).

Note: Pay is daily-rate based. The monthly figure entered in the system is only an approximate equivalent (about ₱20,800 at 26 working days at ₱800/day, up to about ₱26,000 if all days are field days); the day rates above are the actual pay.

• - Comfortable with outdoor site work.
• - Where rooftop work is required, able to follow working‑at‑height procedures with appropriate training, supervision, and fall protection.
