Veratis Energy Construction Corporation is seeking a Solar Installation Team Lead/Foreman to head on-site crews, plan daily work, and ensure safe, high-quality installations at residential and commercial sites.

You will install panels, mounting structures, inverters, and wiring, reading diagrams and following approved methods while coordinating with the project team and safeguarding site safety. Expect travel to project sites and hands-on leadership.

BaiTeESS New Energy supplies solar panels, inverters, batteries, and complete solar systems, with installation services.

We are looking for an experienced Solar Installation Team Lead / Foreman who can lead the installation crew on site, assign work, keep the job safe and on schedule, and personally install solar PV systems to a high standard.

This is a hands-on lead role: you work with the team on site, not only supervise from the office.

COMPENSATION

Pay: ₱1,500 per working day (listed monthly range ₱33,000 - ₱49,500 is based on about 22 working days). No separate field allowance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the solar installation team on residential and commercial project sites.
• Plan the day's work, assign tasks to team members, and check progress and quality.
• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, wiring, and related equipment.
• Read plans and single-line diagrams; follow approved installation methods.
• Ensure safe work practices on site, including working-at-height and electrical safety.
• Check materials, tools, and site readiness before and during installation.
• Coordinate with the project engineer / office on schedule, materials, and site issues.
• Train and guide installation helpers and electricians on correct methods.
• Report daily progress, problems, and material needs clearly and promptly.
• Leave the site clean and organized; protect customer property.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience installing solar PV systems is required (panels, mounting, inverter, basic DC/AC connections).
• Experience leading or acting as lead / foreman of an installation crew is strongly preferred.
• Able to read installation drawings and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Strong on safety, quality workmanship, and jobsite organization.
• Can communicate clearly with the team and with the office / customer when needed.
• Willing to travel to project sites; work is mainly field installation (assemble at Guiguinto GMX office when required, then go to sites).
• Comfortable with outdoor and rooftop work under proper safety procedures.
• Relevant electrical / solar licenses, TESDA, or safety training are an advantage - please list them in your application.
