Job summary

Radiance Solar Solutions Inc. seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to lead design for large-scale solar projects across rooftops, commercial and industrial sites. You will coordinate with site assessors and project managers to finalize designs and meet strict deadlines.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with PRC license and at least 1 year of design engineering experience in solar. Willingness to be assigned in Palauig, Zambales and start ASAP is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• PRC license required.
• 1+ year as Design Engineer (Electrical) in solar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for large-scale solar projects (commercial, industrial, rooftop).
• Manage design through RFI responses, reviews, and meetings.
• Coordinate with Site Assessors and PM team to meet deadlines.
• Ensure designs meet local government requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and project portfolios.
• Provide technical support within a global team.
• Oversee construction alignment with EDD and standards.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and monitor costs.
• Analyze site data and survey reports for planning.
• Conduct site visits as needed.
