Qualifications

Junior Solar Design Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in solar PV design or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar design software is an advantage
• Eager to learn and grow in the renewable energy industry

Senior Solar Design Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in solar PV system design
• Strong background in grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems
• Proficient in electrical design and simulation software
• Knowledge of Philippine electrical codes, permitting, and utility interconnection
• Leadership and project management experience
