Job summary

Anonymous is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to review and evaluate civil and structural design packages for utility-scale solar projects. You will verify foundations, mounting systems, grading, and access roads while ensuring safety, constructability, and standards compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in structural analysis using STAAD Pro, with preference for licensed engineers and renewable-energy project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; structural specialization preferred.
• 5+ years of civil/structural design experience; licensed engineer preferred.
• Experience with solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects; STAAD Pro proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate civil and structural designs for solar energy projects.
• Assess piling, foundation, and mounting structure designs for adequacy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Review grading plans, earthworks, excavation works, stormwater management, and site development layouts.
• Evaluate access road designs and ensure alignment with project requirements and site conditions.
• Perform structural analysis and design checks using STAAD Pro.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical recommendations and design review comments to optimize project performance and constructability.
• Support resolution of technical issues during design development and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and project specifications.
