Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related technical role.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test coverage.
• Experience in troubleshooting systems and documenting findings clearly.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, networking, and database tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across global teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Openness to learning and adapting in a fast-evolving technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and plans covering functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Define test scope, create test cases, data, and configurations aligned with product requirements.
• Validate software features, end-to-end workflows, and system interactions across platforms.
• Identify, document, analyze, troubleshoot, and track defects with development teams.
• Evaluate risks and recommend test coverage and mitigation strategies for release readiness.
• Maintain test documentation, traceability, and quality reports for project visibility.
• Apply holistic quality engineering including usability, security, performance, and interoperability.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, PMs, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to improving testing processes, methodologies, automation, and quality practices.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to strengthen testing capabilities.
