Job summary

Sun Life is hiring an experienced QA Automation Engineer in the Philippines to test, design, support and deploy advanced technology solutions. You will work independently using multiple automation frameworks and contribute to estimations, quality governance and mentoring of new hires.

Qualifications include substantial automation experience, knowledge of insurance domains, and proficiency with Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium and REST APIs.

• Understanding of Life Insurance and related concepts.
• Ability to design high level complexity automation scripts with zero error.

Responsibilities

• Test, design, support, deploy advanced technology solutions of small scale.
• Work independently and apply advanced engineering skills to all deliverables.
• Understand software requirements, contribute to estimations and ensure quality for design of intermediate complexity.
• Mentor new hires, interns, or junior engineers and assist in interviewing candidates.
• Contribute to test script reviews and ensure quality governance.
