Job summary

MAV3RIK in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with Insurance domain experience to validate applications and ensure quality through functional, integration, and regression testing. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver reliable insurance solutions.

The role requires hands-on testing experience (manual or automation), familiarity with policy administration workflows, and ability to work onsite at Makati 2x per week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Insurance domain (Life/Health).
• Strong software testing experience (manual or automation).
• Familiarity with policy administration systems, claims processing, and underwriting workflows.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Ability to work onsite at the Makati office for 2x per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements for insurance products.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate policy lifecycle workflows (Quotation, Underwriting, Issuance, Claims, Renewals).
• Log and track defects; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support test planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Ensure QA processes and best practices are followed.
