Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer for a hybrid setup at Diliman, Quezon City. The role requires 3+ years of Selenium-based test automation, strong STLC knowledge, and hands-on testing of Web, API, and databases.

Mid and Night shifts are required, with a collaborative, proactive approach to the team. The candidate should have a solid testing background and excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related studies.
• Willing to work Hybrid Setup (1 to 3 days onsite) in Diliman, Quezon City.
• Willing to work Mid (4 pm–1 am) and Night Shift (10 pm–7 am).
• At least 3 years of Test Automation using Selenium (Selenium WebDriver, Selenium IDE).
• Hands-on experience in Web, API, and Database Testing is advantageous.
• Solid foundation in Functional Testing (Regression, Smoke, Unit, Integrations, UAT).
• Familiarity with STLC from Requirements and Design to Deployment.
• Knowledgeable in Test and Defect Management tools.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach as both a team member or lead.
