Job summary

Accion Labs in Quezon City is seeking a QA Tester with 5+ years in QA, test automation, and API testing. The role is hybrid (1–3 days onsite) in QC/Philippines. You’ll design and execute automated tests, collaborate in an Agile team, and ensure quality across web apps. Knowledge of Selenium/Katalon/Playwright, Postman, Jira, and CI/CD is essential.

Willingness to work in mid or night shifts is required; project-based with possible renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA Tester, Test automation and quality assurance
• 3+ experience any automation tool (Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, etc.) for automated testing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum team environments
• Strong experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) and Web Testing
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, Xray)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run automated tests and test scripts
• Design and implement test plans and test strategies
• Conduct API and web testing, verify results and report defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Utilize Jira/Azure DevOps for defect tracking and status reporting
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Additional Information:

• Basic salary up to 85,000 plus additional benefits and allowances.
• Willing for a Mid Shift (04:00 pm to 01:00 am) or Night Shift (10:00 pm to 07:00 am) - Monday to Friday
• Project Based (12 months) - Highly for renewal or regularization
• Willingness to work hybrid (1 to 3 days onsite per week) at Diliman, Quezon City
