Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks a Quality Engineer - Fullstack (QA Automation) for a 1-year contract at UP Ayala Land Technohub in Quezon City. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home) with a mid to night shift schedule and a monthly salary up to ₱70,000.

You will own QA automation using Selenium with Java or Python, manage end-to-end testing from planning to defect resolution, validate APIs, and perform SQL/COBOL testing within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of QA Automation experience.
• Hands-on Selenium with Java or Python for test automation.
• Experience owning end-to-end testing from plan to defect resolution.
• Strong API testing and validation knowledge.
• Experience with SQL or COBOL testing.
• Proficient in test case development and defect tracking.

KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) Automation.

• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java or Python for test automation.

• Experience in end-to-end testing ownership, from test planning and execution to defect resolution and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of API testing and validation.

• Experience in SQL or COBOL testing.

• Proficient in test case development, test execution, defect tracking, and test management.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
