• 3+ years in software and hardware testing
• Experience testing self-service kiosks is a plus
• Proficient in test automation and scripting languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead testing initiatives and mentor juniors
• Excellent cross-functional communication
• Passion for quality and innovation

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test plans for self-service kiosks.
• Perform manual and automated testing of kiosk applications and hardware.
• Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze results and ensure compliance with safety and information security.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
