What You Will Do
- Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with the QA team to understand project requirements and deliverables, with a focus on self-service kiosk hardware and software. Create, review, and update test plans and test cases for kiosk applications and related systems.
- Test Execution: Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for self-service kiosk applications and related systems. Conduct manual testing on both hardware and software components to ensure product quality.
- Defect Identification and Management: Identify, document, and track hardware and software defects and issues. Work closely with the development team to reproduce, analyze, and support resolution of reported issues.
- Quality Assurance Support: Provide feedback and report test results to contribute to product improvement. Learn and apply best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
- Continuous Learning and Compliance: Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to QA. Ensure compliance with eTap safety, security, and information security protocols.
- Other Duties: Perform additional job-related tasks or functions that may be assigned from time to time while maintaining alignment with company standards and processes.
