Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 3 years in software and hardware testing.
• Experience testing self-service kiosks is an advantage.
• Proficiency with test automation tools and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test strategies, test cases, and test scripts for kiosk software and hardware.
• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple environments to ensure reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes with development teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams; mentor junior QA engineers.
• Analyze results, report quality metrics, and support compliance with security protocols.
