Job summary

Electronic Transfer and Advance Processing Inc (eTap Inc) in Makati/Manila is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure reliability of self-service kiosk solutions and supporting systems.

You will lead testing efforts, implement automation, mentor juniors, and partner with software and hardware teams to deliver high-quality fintech products that empower millions of users in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least three (3) years of experience in software and hardware testing
Experience in testing self-service kiosks is an advantage
Proficiency in test automation tools and relevant scripting languages
Knowledge of hardware testing methodologies and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to lead testing initiatives and mentor junior QA engineers
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
Passion for delivering high-quality, reliable, and innovative technology solutions

Responsibilities

Test planning and execution for self-service kiosk software and hardware.
Manual and automated testing across applications and integrated systems.
Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes with dev teams.
Design and maintain automated test frameworks to improve coverage.
Collaborate with engineers; mentor junior QA team members.
Analyze results and ensure compliance with safety and information security protocols.
