Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Software QA Engineer to join our US Healthcare product development team. You will conduct hands-on testing of web, mobile, and SaaS applications and contribute to quality across the software lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of QA experience, a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering, and practical exposure to SDLC, STLC, Agile and Scrum, plus automation with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, REST Assured, or Swagger.

We are seeking experienced Software QA Engineers with a strong background in quality assurance, software testing, and test automation within the US Healthcare industry.
The ideal candidates must have practical experience testing web, mobile, or SaaS applications, with the ability to execute comprehensive testing strategies and contribute to product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of hands-on Software Quality Assurance experience within a product development environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in the US Healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Practical experience testing web, mobile, or SaaS applications.

Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong, hands‑on QA experience in US Healthcare product development.
- Proven experience testing healthcare-related software products and applications.
- Practical experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Ability to identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
