Job summary

RippedBoxStation is seeking a Software Project Manager to lead cross‑functional software initiatives. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, track tasks in Jira, coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders, and ensure milestones are met.

You’ll run planning sessions, maintain documentation, prepare status reports, and drive process improvements across remote teams in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager.
• Hands-on Jira for task management, ticket tracking, sprint planning, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track projects from initiation through completion, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Monitor and maintain Jira tickets, ensuring accurate updates, prioritization, assignment, and timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to remove blockers, track progress, and ensure accountability across all project activities.
• Organize project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions, ensuring clear communication among team members.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and timelines, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on project status, priorities, milestones, and key metrics.
• Support product initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and project management practices.
