Job summary

RippedBoxStation is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee initiatives from inception to completion. You will coordinate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear requirements and timely delivery.

The role requires Jira proficiency, strong organisational abilities, and excellent English communication. You will support product initiatives, document processes, and drive workflow improvements across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager, Product Manager, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for task management, ticket tracking, sprint planning, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track projects from initiation through completion, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Monitor and maintain Jira tickets, ensuring accurate updates, prioritization, assignment, and timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to remove blockers, track progress, and ensure accountability across all project activities.
• Organise project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, stand‑ups, and planning sessions, ensuring clear communication among team members.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and timelines, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on project status, priorities, milestones, and key metrics.
• Support product initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and project management practices.
