Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in software development or technology consulting.
8+ years of experience developing enterprise software in cross‑platform environments.
3–5 years of experience managing software development projects with proven success.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple delivery teams to produce scalable, reliable software solutions.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team with a process-driven culture.
Oversee lifecycle management from design to deployment across owned projects.
Collaborate with Architects and internal technology teams within Agile Scrum and security policies.
Plan schedules with Product Owners and Scrum Masters; manage delivery to meet expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and transform new technologies into viable products.
