Job summary

Pax8 in Makati, Philippines seeks a Full Stack Engineer 2 to help shape billing intelligence, automation, and observability. You'll design systems to improve accuracy, scalability, and resilience across a global cloud marketplace.

You'll build intelligent observability platforms, dashboards, and automation tools, develop full-stack applications and data workflows, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Support, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building modern full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on backend engineering.
• Significant expertise with Python and SQL for application development, automation, and data processing.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containerisation, and modern deployment practices.
• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, and related engineering tools.
• A solid understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and system health practices.
• Experience building internal platforms, operational dashboards, automation tools, or data-driven applications.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
