Job summary

You will mentor engineers, review architectures, plan releases, and collaborate with product managers and executives to deliver scalable, secure systems. Experience leading 5+ years and hands-on in Python/Java/FastAPI and Rust/React preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Backend expertise in Python, Java, and the FastAPI framework.
• Systems and frontend knowledge with Rust and React.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and guide software engineers. Conduct performance reviews and support career growth.
• Technical Oversight: Review system architecture, code quality, and design choices. Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and data-efficient.
