You will hire and mentor engineers, set technical direction, and collaborate with Finance, FinOps, and product partners worldwide. This role requires strong leadership and a track record of shipping reliable software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• 1+ years of technical leadership and project management for the SDLC.
• 1+ years of developing large-scale, multi-tier distributed systems using Java, C#, or C++.
• 1+ years of distributed programming experience.
• 5+ years of Software Engineer/Developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing team of engineers; own growth and delivery.
• Own product and technical roadmap for billing corrections/offline payments for 2027.
• Drive operational excellence for tier-1 billing systems.
• Shape GenAI interactions with financial systems with auditability and guardrails.
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, and ad-product teams to reduce root causes of corrections.
• Be a player-coach focusing on people, roadmap, and delivery.
