Job Summary
The Software Developer Associate will assist the Software Development Team in developing, testing, debugging, and documenting web-based applications and internal system enhancements while undergoing supervised training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining assigned application features under supervision.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation of system enhancements.
- Learn and apply internal coding standards, version control practices, and development workflows.
- Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks, updates, and implementation concerns.
- Participate in training, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities as assigned.
Basic Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related course. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
Skills, Abilities, and Proficiency Requirements
- Understands basic programming concepts.
- Understands object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with Git and web development concepts.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn Laravel, Livewire, and related tools.
