Job summary

ResultsCX is recruiting a Software Developer in Pasig, Philippines. The role focuses on gathering business intelligence data from multiple sources, building dashboards and standard reports to support day-to-day operations, and delivering routine and ad hoc analytics to drive insights.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of BI/reporting experience, plus proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like PowerBI, SSRS, and AWS QuickSight.

• 3+ years of experience as Reporting/BI Analyst or related role creating charts and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Gather BI data from diverse sources to identify trends.
• Create and deliver dashboards and canned reports for management/operations.
• Produce routine and ad hoc reporting.

• Manage miscellaneous BI projects or tasks from leadership.
• Support and maintain backend queries and existing dashboards.

Software Developer

Full Location: Pasig - PH

Our Software Developer will gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns. Creates data points and dashboards to support the day-to-day operation needs.

In this role you will:

• Gather business intelligence data from a variety of data sources including but not limited to company data.
• Create and deliver management/operations of dashboards and canned reports.
• Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Organize data points for reporting use.
• Manage miscellaneous projects or tasks assigned by the Business Intelligence leadership team.
• Support, maintain and/or build backend queries and existing dashboards to support operational needs.
• Perform other duties or tasks assigned by management.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Mathematics, IT, or a similar field
• Minimum of 3-year experience as Reporting/Business Intelligence Analyst or related role creating charts and dashboards. BPO background is a plus.
• At least 2-year experience on the following reporting and data visualization and statistical tools:

AWS QuickSight

SSRS

PowerBI

• Proficient in statistical analysis and other visualization tools and software.
• Proficient in writing SQL scripts
• Experience in any of the following is preferred but not required:

S3 bucket
